Albacross segment

Albacross segments are available for Premium users.

Albacross is a service that helps you identify which companies are visiting your website. This allows you to see detailed information about these visitors, by getting them as leads in LeadPilot if we have managed to find their contact information.

Create a Workflow in Albacross:

1. Log in to your Albacross account.
2. Go to the "Workflows" tab and click on "+ Create Workflow".
   
   
   
   
   
   
3. Choose "Webhooks" to create a connection to your LeadPilot segment. A webhook is specific for a segment and for the segment you have created.
   
   
   

 

Create an Albacross segment in LeadPilot:
Begin by creating a new segment in LeadPilot. Select "Capture," which will create an Albacross segment. To link Albacross with your LeadPilot segment, copy the URL link from your Albacross account and paste the "Albacross Token" into the LeadPilot segment.

Sync your Albacross account with the segment:
To link your Albacross account with your LeadPilot segment, copy the URL link from your Albacross account and paste the "Albacross-Token" into the LeadPilot segment.

Configure your Webhook:

1. Name your "Workflow", for example, "LeadPilot" or after the segment's name.
2. Under "URL", paste the URL from your segment.
3. Copy and paste the "Token" from your segment under "Token".
4. Under "Conditions", choose the segment you want to use.
5. Under "Output", select "Custom Format" as "Default" and "Type of data" as "Company".

Activate your LeadPilot segment:

• Go back to LeadPilot and specify the target audience "Job Titles".
• Activate your segment to start searching for your website visitors.

 

Good to Know:

You can link multiple segments to the same workflow. This is useful if your segments are used by different members of your team. Ensure the same "albacross-token" is used in all robots so that LeadPilot can evenly distribute incoming leads among them.
Once everything is set up and synchronized, your robot is ready to efficiently identify and engage companies visiting your website.
