Before you connect your email account, you need to add LeadPilot as a trusted app in Google Workspace (also called Whitelisting). This grants the allows the app to connect Google accounts with the necessary access.

If you do not complete this before attempting to connect your mail to LeadPilot, Google will notify you that the app is blocked because it is not trusted yet.

Guide for connecting Google Workspace accounts till LeadPilot:

  1. Check administrator status: Ensure that you are an administrator in Google Workspace. If you are not, send this guide to your Google Admin or IT department.
  2. Open Google Admin Console: Visit https://admin.google.com/ac/owl/list?tab=configuredApps to get to the right section of Google Workspace.
  3. Add LeadPilot as trusted app:
  • In the menu, choose "OAuth App Name or Client ID":

  • Paste LeadPilot's Client ID in the search field:

  • Click "Search" and then "Select":

  • Make sure "Trusted" is marked for LeadPilot when you complete the following steps.
  • Click "Finish" to complete the process.


After these steps LeadPilot is whitelisted, and you can connect Google Workspace accounts to LeadPilot!
