Short summary: Leads will not be available until the day after your segment becomes active.

When you activate a segment in LeadPilot, you might notice that no leads appear immediately. This can feel a bit confusing, especially since the goal of your segment is to acquire relevant leads for your business. But don't worry, there's an explanation!

Here's how LeadPilot works to find your leads:

  • Overnight search: LeadPilot operates overnight to search for leads that match your specific criteria. This means new leads aren't displayed in real-time but become available the day after your segment has been activated.

  • Review function: If you've enabled the review function for a segment, you'll be able to approve leads that are then scheduled to fill your calendar over the next five days. This means you start interacting with approved leads the day after approval.

For more detailed information on how to approve leads, see our guide here.

Why do we conduct our lead generation in this way?

In the pursuit of valuable leads, it might be tempting to turn to ready-made data lists. LeadPilot revolutionizes your approach to potential customers by offering a tailored solution that ensures every lead is exactly what you're looking for.

Data protection is crucial, which is why LeadPilot provides a service that is not only efficient but also fully compliant with GDPR, as we only gather information from public sources. This information is available to everyone, but we find it in a way that mimics human behavior and guarantees that your methods of lead generation stand on solid legal ground.

Therefore, we always consider your criteria before beginning the search for your leads. Naturally, the process takes time, and we choose to do it during the calm hours of the night so that you can start each day with fresh contact details.
