Link and Synchronize HubSpot with LeadPilot

  1. Link HubSpot:
    - Go to "Profile" in LeadPilot.
    - Click on "Integrations".
    - Choose to "Link HubSpot" and follow the instructions to complete the connection.

  2. Choose Sync Settings:
    - After linking, select "Sync Settings" to configure how LeadPilot should interact with HubSpot.

  3. Set Sync Options:
    - Choose whether and how new contacts from LeadPilot should be synchronized to HubSpot. For example, select "Sent" to synchronize contacts you have emailed.
    - Specify a tag for new contacts from LeadPilot in HubSpot. This helps you identify and organize these contacts in your CRM system.
    - Choose tags for contacts you do not want to interact with via LeadPilot, such as existing customers you do not want to send certain campaigns to.
    - You can also choose tags that should be blocked for a period based on the last activity of the company in HubSpot. Select a tag and then how long after an activity the companies in the tag should be blocked.

  4. Activity Logging:
    - Enable "Activity Logging" for LeadPilot to create a log of activities (such as sent emails) on the contacts created in HubSpot.
