Syncing HubSpot with LeadPilot is an effective method to integrate your CRM system with your email marketing. This simplifies the management of contacts and activities. Here is a guide to configure the synchronization.

Steps to connect and synchronize HubSpot with LeadPilot:

  1. Go to "Profile" in LeadPilot.
  2. Click on "Integrations".
  3. Choose to "Connect HubSpot" and follow the instructions to complete the connection.

After connecting, select "Sync Settings" to configure how LeadPilot will interact with HubSpot.

Set Up Sync Options:

  1. Choose whether and how new contacts from LeadPilot should be synchronized to HubSpot. For example, choose "Sent" to synchronize contacts you have emailed.
  2. Specify a specific tag for new contacts from LeadPilot in HubSpot. This helps you to identify and organize these contacts in your CRM system.
  3. Select tags for contacts that you do not want to interact with via LeadPilot, for example, for existing customers to whom you do not want to send certain campaigns.

Activity Logging:
Enable "Activity Logging" for LeadPilot to create a log of activities (such as sent emails) on the created contacts in HubSpot.
