SNI (Swedish Standard Industrial Classification) and NACE (Nomenclature statistique des Activités économiques dans la Communauté Européenne) are standard classification systems used to categorize businesses based on their primary activity. These codes are useful for identifying the industries and sectors in which companies operate.

How LeadPilot Simplifies Usage:

In LeadPilot, you can set up SNI codes for segments targeting Sweden and NACE codes for international markets. The system simplifies the process by dividing codes into main groups and specific groups, making it easier to search for and select relevant industries.

Steps to Find and Use SNI/NACE Codes in LeadPilot:

  1. You can search directly for an industry in the platform without knowing the exact code.
  2. If unsure about which code to use, look it up among existing customers or desired target groups.
  3. Use the "Add twin companies" feature to automatically fill in SNI or NACE codes based on example companies.
  4. Keep in mind that not all industries translate directly to SNI/NACE as you might expect. For example, an e-commerce company may be classified under retail rather than e-commerce in the classification system.
  5. You can specify SNI codes by choosing a main SNI code and then specifying subcategories. If you want to cover the entire main category, you do not need to specify further.
  6. AI assistance is available where you can briefly describe the type of company you wish. AI then suggests SNI codes accordingly. Read more about our AI targeting here
