Steps to Connect and Configure Pipedrive in LeadPilot

Connect Pipedrive:
Within LeadPilot, select the option "Connect Pipedrive."
Follow the instructions to complete the connection between LeadPilot and Pipedrive.

Set Up Sync Settings:

  1. Once the connection is established, go to "Sync Settings" to customize how LeadPilot interacts with Pipedrive.
  2. For instance, select "Sent" if you want all contacts you have emailed to be synchronized to Pipedrive.
  3. First, you need to create a tag in Pipedrive. Go to "Organizations" and "People", select "Edit" and "Create label". Name the label "LeadPilot" and save. Then, you can choose this label in the LeadPilot settings.
  4. If desired, set up features to create new tasks and business opportunities (deals) in Pipedrive based on LeadPilot activities.
  5. Specify which tags for contacts should not be managed through LeadPilot. Note that you cannot block the same tag that you use to create new contacts.
  6. Enable this feature for LeadPilot to create a log of activities on the created contacts in Pipedrive, such as when an email was sent.
