Before activating a segment in LeadPilot, it’s a good idea to send a test email. This allows you to preview how your recipients will experience your workflow. You can check the content, subject line, and ensure your signature appears correctly.

Note:

  • If the test email contains outdated content, double-check that you saved any changes before sending it.
  • If the test email doesn’t appear in your inbox, check your spam folder. Sometimes, email clients filter out your own emails.
  • If you use merge tags in the workflow, the test email might look slightly different, as the platform substitutes them with your personal information.
