If you're using Upsales as your CRM system, integrating with LeadPilot is an effective way to synchronize and manage your contacts and activities. First, you need to create what's called an API key, which you can then synchronize with LeadPilot.

Visit Upsales' support article for detailed instructions.

Steps to link and synchronize Upsales with LeadPilot:

Linking the account:
Once you have your API key, go to LeadPilot and navigate to the settings for Upsales integration.
Paste the API key where it says "Link account" to establish the connection.

Configure Sync settings:

  1. After the connection, click on "Sync settings" to customize how LeadPilot will interact with Upsales.
  2. Choose "Sent," for example, to synchronize contacts you have emailed.
  3. Specify a specific tag for new contacts from LeadPilot in Upsales.
  4. Determine which tags for contacts should not be synchronized or contacted via LeadPilot.
  5. Note that you can block the same tag that you use to create new contacts, so we do not contact existing contacts in your CRM system.
  6. Select this to have LeadPilot create a log of activities on the created contacts in Upsales, such as when an email was sent.
  7. Leads from LeadPilot will now be marked in the chosen tag in your CRM system with the category "LeadPilot." This allows you to easily filter contacts and keep better track of where they come from.
