Your personal information is used by our Users in legitimate business interest to get in touch with the right decision-maker at the company where we have identified you as the decision-maker the User is most interested in. The purpose is for your company and our Users to have the opportunity to build a business relationship that is beneficial to both parties. Your personal information may be reviewed by Users to secure a legitimate business interest and then used to contact you.
We store your personal data temporarily in legitimate business interest, on behalf of our Users. After an e-mail response, regardless of content, we delete all the personal information we have stored, and prevent any future contact from that User. Please let us know if you suspect that one of our Users is in breach of its obligations as a personal data controller under the GDPR, this Policy, or our personal data assistant agreement.

Users' personal data can be shared with our sub-assistants for the purposes described in the personal data assistant agreement.

With LeadPilot, your right to access, review, correct, or update your personal information remains. At your request, we delete or anonymize your personal information so that it no longer identifies you, unless we are legally entitled or obliged to maintain certain personal information, which includes:
If there is an unresolved issue with the connection to the User's account, e.g. outstanding payments to your account or unresolved claims or disputes, we store necessary personal information until the problem has been resolved;
