Accessing colleagues’ accounts

As an administrator on your company's LeadPilot account, you can quickly and easily log in to your colleagues' accounts without needing their passwords. This guide explains how to do that and how to grant colleagues the ability to log in to others' accounts.

How to log in to a colleague's account:

1. Go to "My Profile" and then select "Team."
2. Choose the user you want to log in as.
3. Click "Log in as" to access the user's account.

Grant a colleague access to log in to other accounts:
To allow a colleague to log in to other users' accounts, you can change their account type to an administrator role.

1. Select the user whose account type you want to change.
2. Under "Role," choose one of the available administrator roles from the list.

Administrator roles in LeadPilot:
We offer several administrator roles, including a free "View Only" account type. This role provides access to administrative functions with some limitations:

• Organization-admin: Can log in to other accounts, view payments, and cancel accounts.
• Team-admin: Can only log in to other accounts.
• View Only: Cannot generate leads or contact potential customers in LeadPilot, but has administrative access to all resources like an organization-admin.
