Advanced settings for custom lists

When you upload a document in LeadPilot, we automatically filter out contacts that are on your block list as well as those who have already been contacted by your colleagues through LeadPilot. If you want full control over which contacts are included, you can use advanced settings to adjust these filters.

How to use advanced settings:

1. Click on "Show Advanced Settings" when uploading your document.
2. Here, you can decide which blocklists should be ignored and which previously contacted contacts we should disregard.
   
   

• Your and colleagues' block lists: Contacts listed on blocklists of all users in your company's LeadPilot account will be removed.
• Only your block lists: Only contacts on your blocklist will be removed, even if your colleagues have a more extensive blocklist.
• Ignore block lists: All contacts in your document will be contacted, even if they appear on blocklists in your company's LeadPilot account.
• Your and colleagues' contacted: Contacts who have already been contacted in your company's LeadPilot account will be removed.
• Only your contacted: Only contacts you have already contacted in LeadPilot will be removed.
• Ignore contacted: All contacts in your document will be contacted, even if they have been previously contacted from your company's LeadPilot account.

 

Important to Note:

If you choose to ignore block lists and previously contacted contacts, LeadPilot will reach out to all contacts in your document that we can verify. This may result in contacting individuals you would typically exclude, for which LeadPilot is not responsible. Therefore, use these settings with caution.
