You may not always want to contact everyone as planned; in that case, you can always cancel the contact. You can also resume contact later if you change your mind.
Steps to cancel a planned email in LeadPilot:
Go to the schedule on the left side of the platform.
Click on the person you intended to contact and select the option "abort workflow."
If you change your mind, you can click on "resume workflow."
However, if you want to cancel a follow-up email, you need to search for the lead in the Leads tab located on the left side of the platform and select "abort workflow."
