Reporting incorrect leads is an important part of using LeadPilot. Sometimes, the algorithm that identifies leads can make mistakes, just like a human. This can be due to various factors. By reporting these errors, you help improve the service.

Why It's Important to Report Incorrect Leads

  • Your feedback helps us improve the algorithm that finds leads.
  • Your reports contribute to the development of new features that help you find the right leads.
  • As a thank you for your help, you may receive credit for the incorrect leads you report.

How to Report an Incorrect Lead

  1. Go to the overview or Leads tab in LeadPilot.
  2. Click on the lead you wish to report.
  3. Select "Report faulty lead".
  4. Fill in a brief description of why you believe the lead is incorrect.
  5. Click "Save" to submit your report.

What Happens After Reporting

Once you've reported an incorrect lead, our team will review it. If we determine that the lead was indeed incorrect, we will credit you as a thank you for helping us improve the service.

Tips:

  • The more information you can provide about why the lead is incorrect, the better we can understand and address the issue.
  • If you encounter multiple incorrect leads, report each case individually.
  • If you have questions or concerns after reporting a lead, do not hesitate to contact support at support@leadpilot.com.
