How do I cancel my subscription?

To cancel your subscription and account with LeadPilot, you can easily do this directly within the platform. You need to be an admin in LeadPilot to terminate an account. Follow these steps:

1. Click on your profile icon, located at the top right of the platform.
2. Select "Billing" from the menu.
3. Click on "Cancel Subscription".
4. Follow the indicated steps to complete the termination of your subscription.

 

 

What happens after the subscription is canceled?

After you have canceled your subscription with LeadPilot, you will be able to see how long your license is active on the platform. You can continue to use the service until your license expires. During this period, there are many tips in our help center to help you optimize your use of LeadPilot.

What to expect once your license has expired:

• We retain the data you have generated, such as segments, sequences, statistics, and contacts. You can reactivate your account at any time to access these data again.
• Your email is disconnected from LeadPilot. This means that any follow-ups will not be sent, and we cannot record activity that occurs via email after the account's termination, which may affect your statistics and leads.
