How to Choose and Prioritize Job Titles for Your Segment:
Identify Decision-Makers You Want to Reach Identify the job titles that represent the decision-makers you want your segment to contact.
Prioritize Job Titles Add job titles to the target group in a prioritized order. For example, if you add "CEO" as number 1 and "Founder" as number 2, the segment will look for a CEO first.
Segment's Search Process The segment will search for the highest-prioritized job title first at each company. If it fails to find a CEO, it will continue to search for the next job title in the priority order.
Handling Similar Job Titles Some job titles may automatically match with other similar titles. For example, "CEO" might also match "Chief Executive Officer".
Assistance When Needed If you cannot find the job title you are searching for, or if the title could fall under a broader category, you can contact support for help.
Tips:
Analyze your target market to understand which positions are most relevant to your offering.
Be prepared to adjust your priorities based on the response you get from the segment. The Leads tab gives you an overview of all leads that have responded and their job title.
Regularly review and update your prioritized job titles to ensure they continue to match your business goals.
