How to make a user an administrator

With an administrator account in LeadPilot, you can log in with full access to all accounts connected to the team, as well as manage your subscription and users.

Steps to make a user an administrator:

1. When you, as an administrator, are logged into your LeadPilot account, navigate to your profile icon located at the top right.
2. Click on your profile icon and select the option “Team” from the menu that appears.
3. Under "Team," you will see a list of all users on the account.
4. Scroll through and select the user you wish to manage.
5. Once you have selected a user, click on the dropdown menu at “role” and select the option “Organization Admin”.
