Managing contacts in Lime Go:

The default setting in LeadPilot when you synchronize with Lime Go is to block all your contacts, whether they are existing, new, or those you plan to contact. If you prefer a more selective blocking, follow these steps:

  1. Export customer list:
Go to Lime Go and export a list of your existing customers. This can usually be done in Excel or CSV format.
  2. Import into Blocklist:
In LeadPilot, go to "Profile" and select the "Blocklist" tab.
Import your customer list here. This will block these specific contacts from being contacted via LeadPilot, while other contacts can still be managed normally.

Tips:
Your customer list can change over time. Be sure to update the blocklist in LeadPilot regularly.
