When you use LeadPilot to send emails, you receive responses directly to your inbox. To facilitate the management of these emails, you can use filtering features in your email client.

How to organize your responses more effectively

  • Labels for organization:
Create a specific label in your email client and set up a filter so that all responses from LeadPilot are automatically marked with this label. This makes it easier to track and manage responses.
  • Automatic forwarding:
Set up your email to automatically forward all responses to another email address. This is useful if you want a colleague or another team to follow up on the responses.

Remember

  • Use the subject line from your LeadPilot sequence as an identifier in your filter under “Subject”. Note that merge tags do not work in filter settings.
  • If your subject line contains a merge tag, do not include the merge tag when setting up the filter and use the part of the subject line that is the longest, to ensure the filter captures your LeadPilot emails.
  • Leave the "from" field empty, but include the email address associated with your LeadPilot account in the "to" field to filter the responses to you.
