You can pause your segments when you or your target audience are on vacation, during off-season periods, or similar situations to minimize auto-replies. However, if you still want follow-ups to be completed during this period, it is possible to only disable the search for new leads.

Steps to pause the search for new leads:

1. Go to the segment you want to pause and navigate to "Search Settings."
2. Uncheck the option "Find new leads automatically." This will stop the segment from automatically searching for new leads.
3. Make sure your segment is still active and marked as green. This is important to ensure that follow-up emails to existing contacts continue to be sent out.
