Short summary: On the left side of the platform, you'll find a video that shows you how to get started with LeadPilot.

Welcome to LeadPilot! With our platform, you can streamline your communication and automatically reach potential customers. Before you begin, make sure that you have linked your email account and created your first segment.

Add your email signature

1. Click on your profile at the top right and select My Account.
2. Paste your signature into the provided field. If images do not paste correctly, upload them by clicking on the image icon and then "Upload". Adjust the size as needed.
3. Don’t forget to save your changes.

Manage your blocklist
To avoid generating existing customers as leads, use our blocklist:

1. Add companies individually or upload a file to the blocklist.
2. Optionally, connect your CRM system to automatically synchronize the blocklist. Go to Integrations to configure this. If your CRM is not directly supported, export a list from your CRM and import it as your blocklist.

Generate leads

1. Ensure that the target audience in your segment matches your preferences. Read our tips here.
2. Create a sequence. If you need help, use our AI assistant which helps you compose emails. Read our tips here.
3. Activate the segment. LeadPilot will search for new leads every night, ensuring that the contact information is up to date.
