How to set up integration with Salesforce in LeadPilot:

  1. Go to 'Profile' and then 'Integrations'. Here, select 'connect' next to Salesforce and follow the instructions. After being redirected back to LeadPilot, select 'Configure settings'.
  2. Choose whether LeadPilot should create new contacts and which tag they should have.
  3. Decide if you want to block all contacts from your Salesforce in LeadPilot. Note: Blocklists are synchronized every evening, not immediately.
  4. This is an important part where you define what constitutes a company and a contact in Salesforce. Map these attributes by selecting the Salesforce object and filling in the attribute mapping field. Remember that 'Accounts' and 'Contacts' might have different names in your setup.
  5. By clicking on the empty input fields to the left, you will see the options available to you.
  6. We need to know:
    - Which property the company name is
    - Which property the domain is
    - (optional) Which property the contact tag is

After assigning all necessary attributes, press 'Save'.
