View Only account

A View Only account is a special type of user account at LeadPilot, which is also completely free of charge. It's a unique and valuable resource for companies that wish to maximize the efficiency of their administrative work without the need to invest in additional licenses.

With a View Only account, a colleague becomes an observer - you can't find potential clients or send emails. However, you can log into colleagues accounts to make necessary adjustments and improvements, and to gain an overarching view of account activity, lead activity, and detailed statistics that can be crucial for strategic decisions.

How do I create a View Only account?

1. Go to your profile and select 'Team'.
2. Click on 'Create new user'.
3. Fill in the new user's contact information.
4. Save to send login details to the new user via email.
