Reset the search engine
If insights show that you have 0 remaining searches in your segment, you can still target your audience by making adjustments. Each change you make resets the search engine, which means a new search is conducted based on the new adjustments.

Manage locked contacts
LeadPilot has a locking feature on your contacts, where older leads are locked for processing. You can manage this setting under the segment's settings in the top right corner. Navigate to advanced settings where you'll find "locked contacts." Here, you can adjust the number of days leads are locked, depending on your campaigns. Learn more about locked contacts here.

Additional contacts
If the first contact person does not respond to your email, you can choose to contact more people within the same company. This maximizes your chances of reaching potential customers. Here you can read our guide on how to add a new contact person.

Build your audience effectively
Potential companies in your audience are based on geographical area, industries, and company information. To increase your chances of capturing relevant companies, make sure to add all job titles that are relevant to contact. This increases the chance that our search engine will capture the possible companies within the defined audience.

 

Have you followed all recommendations?

  • If your segment remains stagnant despite following all recommendations, consider pausing the segment while you focus on other campaigns in LeadPilot. This can give you time to adjust the strategy and return with new insights.
