Creating the perfect email workflow might seem challenging, but we are here to provide you with some tips and show useful features. As with your regular emails, a lot involves experimenting and continuously adjusting your messages to achieve the best possible results.

Experiment and adjustments
Our Business and Premium users can continuously improve their results by experimenting with different variations of workflows. This could involve changing everything in your workflow to adjusting a subject line or a sentence in your email. Once you've created a variant, LeadPilot will begin sending out both versions and, after a period, prioritize the one that performs best.
Note that variants are optimized step by step. If you create a variant for a follow-up, it does not guarantee that it follows after the initial introductory variant. If you want to experiment with completely different workflow strategies, we recommend creating separate segments instead. You can read more about A/B testing here.
